How do I register for DSE?

How do I obtain a Visa Invitation Letter?

Your Visa Invitation Letter will be made available during the online registration process.


What is the difference in a Session and an On-floor Workshop?

A SESSION is your traditional classroom style seating with a speaker(s) and/or presentation at the front of the room, and included in our conference pass options.

An ON-FLOOR WORKSHOP is free of charge and available on a first come, first seated basis. These are located in theaters located on the exhibit hall floor.

Are any of the sessions in languages other than English?

All sessions and on-floor workshops are presented in English. The Latin Pavilion (on‑floor workshops) will feature presentations in Spanish. CLICK HERE to see those sessions.

Are any meals included in the conference packages?
Yes, the Lunch Roundtables on Wednesday and Thursday include a meal.

Information will be posted when the conference is confirmed.

What is included with the Exhibit Hall Pass?

The Exhibit Hall pass includes entry to the exhibit hall floor with access to all on-floor workshops, as well as admission to the Networking Reception and APEX Awards Ceremony. (Conference sessions and lunch discussion groups are an additional cost.)

What are my transportation options?

FROM YOUR HOTEL: We suggest using the Las Vegas Monorail as a convenient option.

FROM THE AIRPORT: We suggest using the LAS Xpress shuttle service.

When is the FREE Networking Reception?

The free Networking Reception will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, from 5:00 – 6:00 PM in Ballroom A at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. Your DSE show badge provides entry.

The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is located next to the Las Vegas Convention Center at 3000 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV.

How can I attend the APEX Awards Ceremony?

The DSE APEX Awards Ceremony is free to all registered attendees and will be held Wednesday, April 1, 2020, from 6:00 – 7:00 pm in the Pavilion Ballroom at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino immediately following the free Networking Reception. Your DSE show badge provides entry.
