What is DSE doing regarding COVID-19?
As we move towards opening day on November 11, the health, safety and well-being of our attendees, exhibitors, staff and community are our highest priorities, and we are committed to providing a safe and secure show experience by adhering to the federal, state, and local health guidelines. Are masks mandatory in Las Vegas?
Yes, face coverings are required in public settings, including public spaces and transportation. Complete details can be found here.
What health and safety measures are resorts and casinos in Las Vegas taking?
All of the city’s resorts and casinos have put together health and safety plans based on advice of health experts and government officials. A full list of resorts and their plans can be found here.
So many shows decided to cancel. Why not DSE?

DSE has always charted its own path and we will 100% continue to support our industry and focus on OUR show. In doing so, we chose to move forward with our plans to provide a robust marketplace and educational platform for our audience this calendar year.

However, we are monitoring what other shows are doing in terms of postponement, cancellation and best practices. We have consulted with all necessary trade show industry leaders and policy-makers, organizations such as the Digital Signage Federation (DSF), and other advisory committees. All unanimously support our intent to stage DSE 2020 this year.

What are you doing to secure our safety during the event?

Our #1 PRIORITY is YOU. Show Management is working non-stop in this ever-changing environment to secure your health and safety. We will comply with all LVCC Guidelines when planning every aspect of the event—from our initial contact with you at On-Site Registration to seating arrangement changes during our Seminars and Workshops and even how we direct the flow of traffic on the Exhibit Hall Floor. You can feel confident in your decision to participate in DSE 2020.

Where is DSE taking place?
DSE will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall 1, 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
What are the show dates for DSE 2020?
The conference dates are November 11-13.
The exhibit hall is open November 12-13.
What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
The Exhibit Hall is open Thursday, November 12 and Friday, November 13, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
What is included in the Exhibit Hall Pass?

The Exhibit Hall Pass provides access to exhibit hall floor, all free on-floor workshops, and the Networking Reception and APEX Awards Ceremony. The Exhibit Hall Pass is FREE with registration through February 2, 2020. After that, the fee is $100.

Do you have any special hotel rates?
Yes. DSE has partnered with CONNECTIONS HOUSING to provide discounted hotel rates for DSE participants.

PLEASE BE AWARE of unauthorized housing companies who claim to book hotel rooms and transportation for DSE. Ignore these pirating emails or calls and book only through Connections Housing, the official DSE show hotel service.
Is it possible to set up meetings with vendors before the show?
Yes. You may request an appointment with a particular exhibitor by visiting their “e-Booth” and completing an email request. Simply navigate to our Exhibitor List, click on the exhibitor’s name and submit the email request form at the bottom of the page.

Alternatively, you can contact our Attendee Relationship Specialist, Blake Swartz, at bswartz@exponation.net, and he will be able to assist you with scheduling meetings.

Is there an age requirement for entry to the show?
Yes. Children under the age of 16, including infants in arms or strollers, are not allowed on the show floor.
How do I obtain a Visa Invitation Letter?
You must complete registration before you receive a Visa Invitation Letter. You will be asked to input your Visa information during the registration process. Once completed, you will be able to download your letter.
SPECIAL EVENTS
When is the FREE Networking Reception?

The free Networking Reception will be held on Thursday, November 12 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm. Location will be announced when confirmed. Your badge is your entry.

How can I attend the APEX Awards Ceremony?

The APEX Awards Ceremony is complimentary to all registered attendees and will be held on Thursday, November 12 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm immediately following the FREE Networking Reception. Your badge is your entry.

Where will I be able to register onsite?
Registration will be located in the Las Vegas Convention Center.
If I pre-register, will I be required to show a photo ID to receive my badge at registration?
Yes, you will be required to show a photo ID to pick up your badge.
TRANSPORTATION
Is there an official show shuttle between hotels and DSE?
No. We suggest using the Las Vegas Monorail as a convenient option. The monorail offers discounted fares for DSE participants. Click here to purchase your monorail pass.
What transportation options are available to/from McCarren International Airport?
LASxpress shuttle and coach services has given DSE attendees a discount rate (reserve your space ahead of your arrival). Click here to reserve you LASxpress service.
Additionally, many hotels offer airport shuttle services (check with your hotel to find out details). Taxis, Lyft and Uber are also available.
CONFERENCE
Are any meals included with my conference purchase?
Yes, the Lunch Roundtable Sessions include lunch.
What is the difference between a Seminar and an On-Floor Workshop?
SEMINAR – A seminar is your typical classroom style seating with a speaker and presentation at the front of the room.

FREE ON-FLOOR WORKSHOPS – An On-Floor Workshop is free of charge and available on a first-come, first-seated basis. These are located in the theaters located on the Exhibit Hall floor. These 30-minute sessions are typically led by DSE exhibitors.
