Press Room
The Press Room is located in the South Hall Lobby, across from New Attendee Assisted Registration Counters. For your convenience, the Press Room will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday where you will find space to work and meet.
You may pre-register (editors and editorial staffers only) on or before Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2013, by sending an email to Geri Wolff at gwolff@market-works.com with your name, title, phone, email and your physical address. That way you can pick up your credentials at the Press Room beginning Tuesday, February 26, at 8:00 a.m. After this deadline, you can register onsite at the Press Room by presenting your business card.
New Product Press Briefings - Get a jump on what’s new before DSE opens! Sign up now for a New Product Press Briefing, to be held in the DSE’s New Product Pavilion 8:50 a.m. - 9:50 a.m. both Wednesday, 2/27, and Thursday, 2/28. The hour will consist of brief introductions to senior management for 16 different vendors and a quick recap on the new product each is presenting at DSE.
Your Press Credentials will admit you to all show events except the Vertical Industry Discussion Groups, pre-show events (with the exception of the Digital Place-Based Advertising Summit) and the Awards Dinner, all of which are paid events. However, members of recognized media outlets will be treated to complimentary lunch on both Wednesday and Thursday, and one editorial member from your organization will receive a complimentary ticket to the Annual Awards Dinner. We can not confirm you for the Guided Installation Tour ahead of time because seating is limited, but would be happy to take your name on “stand-by” for that morning when we’ll know if seating is available.
