Summary:

Digital signage is a powerful mechanism for communicating to consumers and employees. While traditionally used for informational and marketing purposes, digital signage can play a critical role in conveying vital instructions in real-time when an emergency occurs.

In this session we will:
 - Review the applications for digital signage with an eye towards optimizing its use 
      for emergency communications.
 - Discuss the technology requirements that must be considered to enable real-time
      messaging on a geographically-dispersed digital signage network
 - Understand at the general requirements for ADA compliance in signage in regards
       to emergency messaging
 - Encourage participants to share their own lessons learned from their experiences.
