ViewSonic Corp. announced at Digital Signage Expo (DSE) 2010 the rollout of its new digital signage specific reseller program designed to provide partners streamlined access to a variety of resources to help grow their businesses.
“Our Finch Club program has been helping to provide our valued channel partners with easy access to the tools they need to sell product and increase revenues,” said Melinda Beecher, the Walnut, Calif., company’s channel manager. “In addition to launching eight new e-Poster and commercial display product solutions and a variety of industry partnerships at DSE, we are excited to announce the availability of our focused digital signage program. These efforts have all been taken in order to ensure we are providing our customers with an unparalleled, one-stop shop digital signage experience.”
The Finch Club offers resellers an enhanced Web site portal with more streamlined access to resources that help to increase their revenues and the success of their business. As an integral part of the ViewSonic Finch Club, the new digital signage specific reseller program will offer ViewSonic’s customers all the tools they need for success, including 24-hour bid turnaround times, free 24/7 tech support, onsite support within 48 hours, interactive Web-based assistance and ‘buddy’ calls.
The first series of digital signage training webinars, scheduled for March 16 and 17, 2010, from 10:00-10:30 a.m. PDT, will focus on ViewSonic’s digital signage products announced at DSE, including the CD4225, CD4230T, CD5230 and CD1010 commercial displays, a range of e-poster solutions and the possibilities of DisplayIt! 3.0 software.
