The system was completely integrated by AVT Communique, a division of Hospitality Partners and includes one 10 screen matrix, one 4 screen matrix, two 3 screen configurations, and several 2 screen displays throughout the property.

In addition to way-finding and directional information the displays advertise various retail outlets and special events throughout the Chicago area.
The system can also direct large groups of attendees through 228,000 square feet of space and some 85 different meeting rooms to their proper location without confusion.
