David Hawkins is a Principal at Incite CX in Portland.
Incite CX LLC is a customer experience consultancy started in 2014 who help companies impress their customers and inspire their employees by creating brand experiences that drive loyalty and growth.
Before starting Incite CX David Hawkins was the Senior VP Customer Experience for Huntington Bank where he was responsible for overseeing the execution and measurement of consistent and Best in Class brand identity and customer experience across all service environments.
David Hawkins has also been the Director of Experience for Umpqua Bank where he was responsible for developing and directing customer experience strategy and implementation of tactical solutions. He was also responsible for the design and implementation of customer experiences at all customer touch points.
He started his career at Ziba Design in Portland and left there as a program director.
He earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communications from Portland State University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business.
