DSE offers more than 125 education opportunities, ranging from full‑day conference events and one‑hour seminars (classroom‑style presentations and panels) to industry roundtables and on‑floor workshops. The full-day conferences take place before (Tuesday, March 28) and after (Friday, March 31) DSE. Keynotes and Seminars at DSE happen throughout the day both before and during show floor hours.

Keynote sessions and seminars will take place in classrooms both at the Las Vegas Convention Center and at the Renaissance Las Vegas, a short walk from the LVCC. At the Convention Center, classrooms will be located on the second floor, above the exhibit hall floor. At the Renaissance, classrooms will also be located on the second floor. Room numbers will be printed on your itinerary, which is printed with your show badge.

DSE Industry Roundtables offer the opportunity for peer-to-peer discussions and knowledge sharing about targeted topics as well as learning from an industry leader in an intimate, moderated environment. Each discussion, which lasts 60 minutes, is led by a facilitator, who has the responsibility of guiding the group in an engaging and productive sharing of information. Seating is limited for these sessions – a maximum of 12 people, including the facilitator(s). DSE 2017 will include 42 Industry Roundtable sessions.

DSE strives to provide a unique forum for professionals to discuss and exchange ideas free from commercial content. To safeguard the integrity of the DSE education program, presenters are prohibited from using this opportunity as a platform for the overt promotion of their company, products or services.

NOTE: Industry Roundtable seats are limited to Qualified Attendees only (End Users, Integrators / Installers, Ad Agencies, Brands and those who are in a position to purchase or influence the purchase of digital signage). Vendors and Non‑Exhibiting Suppliers are prohibited from attending these sessions.

In addition to the full conference program offered at DSE, several free sessions are also available in our On‑Floor Workshop Theaters. These sessions, generally presented by DSE exhibitors, are available to all attendees on a first‑come, first‑seated basis with approximately 50 seats available. Covering a wide variety of topics and industry verticals, these 30‑minute sessions are presented in three different theaters – the Best Practices Theater, Digital Content Show Theater, and the Mexico and Latin America Pavilion – throughout both days of the show. Between the three theaters, there will be a total of 34 on‑floor workshops at DSE 2017.

DSE strives to provide a unique forum for professionals to discuss and exchange ideas free from commercial content. To safeguard the integrity of the DSE education program, presenters are prohibited from using this opportunity as a platform for the overt promotion of their company, products or services.

DSE's annual Digital Signage Guided Installation Tour provides attendees customer-facing views and behind-the-scenes insights of some of the best digital signage installations in Las Vegas. During the coach tour, which departs from the Las Vegas Convention Center, attendees will visit multiple locations both on and off the famous Las Vegas Boulevard Strip, where they will hear from spokespeople representing the venues and the technology. The six-hour tour, which includes a networking lunch and an expert panel discussion, takes place on Tuesday of DSE week.

DSE Distinguished Faculty members and Recognized Faculty members have contributed to the advancement of professional education in the digital signage, digital out-of-home and interactive technology industries through their presentations at DSE events.

For DSE educators to qualify as Distinguished Faculty and Recognized Faculty members, their presentations must meet the high standards set by DSE and its educational committees and the expectations of DSE attendees as evidenced by high marks on speaker evaluations for:
