We have provided an International Visitors Registration Guide to assist you in the registration process.

If you or a colleague are planning to attend Digital Signage Expo and require a Visa Invitation Letter, you will find it available to you through attendee registration. The registration website will recognize that you require a Visa Invitation Letter once you enter in your location.

You will be asked to input your Visa information during the registration process. Once completed, you will be able to download your letter through the Registration Resource Center. We have provided a Registration Resource Center Guide to assist you.

Yes, we do have sessions that will be presented in Spanish.

Tuesday courses include lunch*
* Excludes the Free New Attendee Bootcamp and the SEGD session

Wednesday Keynote includes breakfast.

Thursday Keynote includes lunch.

Both Friday courses include lunch.

The Expo Hall pass includes entry to the exhibit hall floor, access to the FREE on floor educational workshops and access to the Networking Reception and APEX Awards Ceremony. (Conference, seminar and roundtable tickets are an additional cost.)

Expo Hall passes are FREE before Early Bird rates end.

A SEMINAR is your typical classroom style seating with a speaker and presentation at the front of the room.

An INDUSTRY ROUNDTABLE is a collaborative session with a maximum of 12 people on an industry specific topic. These are typically led by an industry professional.

An ON-FLOOR WORKSHOP is free of charge and available on a first come, first seated basis. These are located in the Best Practices Theater and the Content Theater, both located on the exhibit hall floor. These are typically vendor lead discussions.

No. We suggest using the Las Vegas Monorail as a convenient option.

The free Networking Reception will be held on Wednesday, March 29, from 5:00 - 6:00 PM in the Renaissance Ballroom. Your badge provides entry.

The DSE 2017 APEX Awards Ceremony is complimentary to all registered attendees and will be held immediately following the free Networking Reception in the Renaissance Ballroom. Your badge provides entry.
